Big Bang Beverages| Organic-Certified Drinks For Kids
As parents, we have plenty of things to worry about. Before that first babe even enters your life, the worrying starts. If you’re pregnant, you worry about what you eat and drink and whether you’re working out safely or enough. The second you meet that squishy face, you worry about them eating enough and sleeping enough and growing enough.
As they grow, you also worry about whether they are learning enough and making enough friends; whether they are kind and caring enough and whether they are safe enough. We carry these worries day in and day out and just hope and pray that we do right by them. But what do we actually worry about the most often?
As a parent, I constantly worry about what my kids are putting into their bodies. I want them to be healthy and happy. I want to instill healthy eating and activity habits in them from a very young age. As they get older, I hope to sign them up for sports teams and teach them to run. I make them eat their vegetables and take them to run around the park.
We Are Their Teachers
Many times, I worry about how well I'm really teaching them these things. Do they even want to play sports rather than just play video games and eat cheese puffs all day? Then when they do go out and play, do they refuel with food that's good for them or just whatever chemical-infused soft drink is on the shelves? The world is constantly bombarding my children with bad foods and low-energy entertainment. Right now, I have control over what they eat and what they do. I won't always be in charge, so now is the time to teach them what's good for them and what isn't.
What They Consume Matters
When I was a kid, I drank sugary sports drinks to quench my thirst. My mom knew that I needed to replenish my electrolytes, so that was what she gave me. That was the best thing she knew to do for me and I am so thankful for her. But today, I know better than to give those to my kids. We, as a society, know better.
We know that sports drinks are full of all sorts of chemicals that humans were never meant to consume. We know that the ingredients aren’t organic and pesticides do get mixed in sometimes. So I want to do better than turn a blind eye. I want my kids to have something available that isn’t full of all the junk I never knew I was drinking. I want to be able to give them a drink that has just what they need to refresh their bodies and nothing else.
That’s why I love the idea of Wubba Water. It quenches their thirst without all the junk. They can run all day and stay hydrated on water and electrolytes with all-natural sugar. They can build their immune systems and keep playing thanks to the Vitamin C boost that Wubba Water provides. They can even enjoy a sweet taste without all that sugar. As a parent, I have plenty to worry about. Why worry about what my kids are drinking, too?
